EFC (Express Fitness Circuit Classes)

30 minutes of true circuit training. We do not use ineffective hydraulic machines. This program will yield real results and teach life changing habits.
No gimmicks and unrealistic weight loss targets. If you want to lose weight and tone and learn how to keep it off this is for you!
6 days a week 3 days of circuit* and 3 days of cardio.
All sessions supervised by an expert trainer.
*Circuit classes run Monday,Wendsday and Friday between 12:00pm and 1:00pm
